We all recognize how fortunate we are to raise our families in Madison. MYF&C seeks to instill this awareness with the boys and girls in our programs with a variety of Community Service initiatives. We will provide the resources, and hope parents will participate with their children to help us build an even better community.
We are collaborating with the Madison Food Pantry and local soup kitchens (Clinton, Old Saybrook and New Haven) to assist those in need.
We will arrange food drives at league events and home games with the objective of collecting specific items the food pantry desperately needs.
Donating non-perishables is a start, but we're seeking volunteers to contribute some time to help deliver services to those in need. A list of specific volunteer opportunities will be available on this site shortly. Please contact Bob O'Dea at
to get involved.
Hand High Volunteers
Our collaboration with the Hand High Football Program goes beyond the sidelines. We're working closely with Hand High School in facilitating volunteer opportunities for their students. If your organization wishes to participate, please contact Bob O'Dea at
